Framecore was established in early 2016 with a vision to become a niche construction company and main contractor in Cape Town, Western Cape. It’s founders have a strong understanding of the holistic construction supply chain, having gained first hand experience in all aspects of delivering complex construction projects across the various sectors of the industry, nationally as well as internationally. Framecore’s primary focus is on the Commercial, Hospitality, Retail and Industrial sectors in and around the greater Cape Town area. We are known for our ability to assist on projects upfront during the planning stages to assist the project team to develop practical and feasible solutions for an efficient and smooth delivery.

We have delivered more than 64 projects and counting for clients in the Cape Town area over all industry sectors. These projects range from traditionally procured projects (tender based), negotiated as well as design-build / turnkey. We enjoy getting involved early in the project phase and therefore our natural gravitation towards design and build projects. Dale Gay, Johan Bezuidenhout, Adrian Hammond and Michael Birch of our team have extensive experience in this field of delivery as well as the more traditional tender based types of project delivery.
