Momentum PDC Ablutions Refurbishment

The Momentum Parc Du Cap Ablutions Refurbishment Project is the Alterations and Refurbishment of six (6) bathroom facilities in the Momentum Head Office building situated in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The project entails the complete interior demolition of Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor Male and Female ablutions and refurbishing with new tiles, ceilings, plastered walls, cubicle partitioning, electrical, plumbing, smoke and mechanical installations.
