Black River Park North Courtyard

The Black River Park North Courtyard alterations and refurbishment project is the facelift of an existing courtyard in this section of Black River Park for Redefine Properties. The project entails the construction of concrete slabs in an existing heritage river bed while keeping heritage building ruins / footings in tact, as well as the construction of a new fountain, new courtyard tiling, landscaping, benches, gabion walls, fenestration etc.
